My Body By Vi Challenge Results!

My first body by vi challenge started in August of 2009. I had 10 lbs I couldn’t shake after having my son in April of 2009. I lost those 10 lbs and inches I never measured but wish I had! My size 8 clothes got baggy on me and I was fitting into my size 6 clothes again! I had my flat stomach back! I continued to drink a shake a day for nutrition!

Then I got pregnant again with my daughter in June of 2010 and my size 6 was short lived! I drank a shake a day throughout my pregnancy for nutrition. In March of 2011 my daughter was born and I continued to drink a shake a day while I nursed her. I stopped nursing in December and started my second 90 Day Body By Vi Challenge on January 2, 2012.  My goal was to lose 25 lbs. I lost 14 lbs and 13.25 inches from my legs, arms, hips, waist, bust!  Here are my before and after pictures!
