Yes you can though I know when you taste the shake and see the results you won’t want to cancel! Bob from New Orleans has lost 25 lbs since joining on January 15th and he is too lazy to exercise! We have fitness people on the Core Kit and drinking the shake after a workout. Our shakes burn the fat while maintaining your lean muscle!

I have a question. So this mix is 90 calories then you have to add the calories of the milk and fruit right? Or does the 90 calories include the milk?

What is the protein source for the VI shakes? We have food allergies to dairy (not just lactose) and eggs.

We have no egg in the shake. We use whey, but not caseine protein or lactose, which are common allergies from dairy.
